If you are an active ListingManager.ca client and require assistance, please log in to the control panel and issue a support ticket for the fastest response. We utilize a proprietary ticket system to quickly address our clients' requests. If you cannot log in, use the “CONTACT” form in this website. 

 

Suspended Account Notification

This occurs if a payment cannot be processed. This most often occurs when a credit card expires and a new one is issued. Access your PayPal® account at (http://www.paypal.com/) and update your credit card information. Once this is complete, you will need to make a payment to re-establish your account.  Simply log in at the control panel to make a payment and resume your service.

 

Account Cancellation

To cancel your account, access your PayPal account and cancel the subscription payment to ListingManager.ca. Your service will be available until the next billing date. For example, if you cancel your account on the 4th of the month and your regular billing day is the 10th, the service will continue until the 10th.

 

Note: If you are hosting with ListingManager.ca and you cancel your account, your hosting account will also be cancelled (this will affect both your website and your email).
