What is ListingManager.ca?
ListingManager.ca is an application that allows you to manage the listings on your website without the need for any additional software or programming knowledge. Simply sign into the management interface, make any additions or changes and they are reflected immediately on your website.
How does ListingManager.ca work?
ListingManager.ca is an online application that uses a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) model. This means you don't need to install any software or worry about violating licensing agreements by using it on multiple computers. You can manage your listings from any computer with an internet connection - at home, at the office, on the road.
Why did we create ListingManager.ca?
We encountered many Realtors that were having to wait to have their listings added or updated. Many of them wished they could manage the listings on their own sites themselves but not a single one wanted to learn how to program.
What about security and data backup?
All of your listing information is protected by constantly updated security features. Your logon is through https, the same 128 bit encryption used to protect your online banking. All connections are established and maintained using a secure socket layer (SSL). The only way that anyone can access your listing information is through your private username and password. All of your data (excluding photo images) is backed-up every 12 hours to an alternate secure server, ensuring that none of your listing data is lost, so you don’t have to worry about losing information in the event of a computer or server crash.
How does ListingManager.ca integrate with my existing website?
Your can use ListingManager.ca in two different ways:

You can have your webmaster change the link to your listings so that when viewers click on the link, it will pull up a simple page that displays only the listings, not the background of your home page.

You can integrate your listings into your existing website so that the listing information is displayed using your current layout. This requires that your webmaster install a simple program on your website that will interpret your input information and manage the integration. This is available as a download after registration.
You do not have to change your hosting service or your current website to use ListingManager.ca.

Can I produce PDF feature sheets?
You can quickly and easily produce feature sheets in PDF format and save them to your local computer for distribution or send them out for printing. We provide a basic feature sheet layout. You can also have custom layouts designed and integrated at additional cost. You can also assign an email address for a default print shop in your custom settings and have the feature sheet delivered directly, without extra steps.
What does it cost and what are the requirements?
The best part of ListingManager.ca is that there are no long-term contracts that lock you in for an extended period. Our service is provided on a monthly basis. If you’re not satisfied or you no longer need the service, you can cancel at any time.
The monthly fee is $39.00 (taxes included). There are no hidden charges or additional fees.
We use PayPal® to securely process credit card payments. When you register, you will be guided through the payment process, which includes setting up a PayPal account if you do not already have one established.
How do I register?
Click the REGISTER button on the toolbar and follow the process. Your account will be fully functional within 24 hours. You will receive notification with all the information required to access your service and begin managing your own listings.
